Verfahren in Deutschland, mit dem Geld zwischen Bund und Ländern und unter den Ländern umverteilt wird. Länder mit hoher Finanzkraft geben ab, schwächere bekommen mehr. Seit einer Neuregelung von 2020 läuft das über Zu- und Abschläge bei den Anteilen der Länder an der Umsatzsteuer. Abgekürzt: LFA.
